Terms of Service
Last updated: November 4, 2026
Here's how this site works, in plain English.
1. Spec-based comparisons, not testing
Our TV write-ups are built from specs the makers publish. We don't test TVs hands-on. "Our pick" labels are our opinion of which buyer each TV fits.
2. Specs and prices change
Makers update models and specs, and prices change often. We don't show prices. Check the retailer before you buy.
3. You buy from the retailer
Purchases, returns, warranties, and shipping are between you and the store. We don't sell anything.
4. Affiliate links
Some links may be affiliate links. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
5. No guarantees
The site is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using it or from sites we link to.
Governing law
This is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
